Omniterra designs, builds, and markets luxury villas while combining quality and affordability. The MDS/Omniterra agreement is a Project Management agreement whereby MDS will acquire developable land as owner and Omniterra will provide "turn key" project management services including: design, engineering and all regulatory approvals, arranging construction financing, building, and sale of properties. Omniterra earns a 20% project management fee based on a guaranteed fixed cost to build, which is established prior to commencement of construction. |
